Terralona en Lunalon

Two giant inflatable balloons.

Currently, the Czech Republic holds the Presidency of the Council of the EU. Within this framework, the Brno Observatory and Planetarium present two giant inflatable balloons Terralona and Lunalon at our open doors. These balloons symbolise the highly developed space industry, science and research in the Southern Moravia region.

The aim of this exhibition is to highlight the role of Southern Moravia, i.e. Brno, in European space research and industry.
